Joanne
is a passionate aviation professional with over 18 years in the industry. Starting her career within
in-flight services, she has developed her knowledge in
many areas including training, management and
consultancy. Her operational experience includes long
haul, scheduled, charter, executive and low cost.
During her career she has worked in flight operations,
recruitment, safety and security training, an accredited CRMI Ground School for over 9 years and a member
of the RAeS Human Factors Cabin crew standing
group, Joanne strives to develop and improve flight
safety including the understanding and general awareness of human
factors.
Joanne has worked on a number of domestic, European and International
projects
including AOC applications, of note the first worldwide EASA AOC for a
corporate
operator, several airline start-ups, the design and development of EU-OPS
safety
and training manuals plus courseware and delivery of practical
training..
As a consultant Joanne has considerable experience in the recruiting of
aviation
personnel including pilot selection and is an IRAC Auditor.
